BC Youth Choir

The BC Youth Choir is unique across Canada, as we are the only provincial youth choir organized entirely by youth!

We meet one weekend each May to rehearse and sing at the BC Choral Federation's annual Chorfest choral conference. Participants come from all over the province, and enjoy a fun-filled time making great music! Singers are selected by audition tape, and the choir is open to all singers aged 17 to 24.

This year, we're heading to Surrey on the weekend of May 4th - 6th, 2012 to work with Peter Taylor.

The BCYC weekend includes:

2 nights shared accomodation

Participation in the Chorfest Gala concert

Music (yours to keep!)

All meals, including the Chorfest banquet dinner on Saturday night

An individual BCCF membership

Your very own BC Youth Choir 2012 T-shirt!
